The whole process is actually very simple and easy to do and can be done in less than 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The installation process is divided into 3 parts:<br \/>\nPart 1: Upload Installation Files<br \/>\nPart 2: Create MySQL Database<br \/>\nPart 3: Run the Installation Script<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This method is good for:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Blank domain name, meaning no WordPress site installed.<\/li>\n<li>Webhosts that use cPanel and allow MySQL creation<\/li>\n<li>Technically inclined webmasters<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this guide, it is assumed that you already have a Web host account that uses <strong>cPanel <\/strong>as a control panel. Also, it is assumed you have your own domain name ready.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure your domain name is pointed to your webhost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are installing this blog on an AddonDomain or to a subdomain, make sure that addon domain or subdomain is working.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>WARNING<\/strong><strong>: DO NOT <\/strong>install WordPress on the destination server. The <strong>importbuddy script<\/strong> will install all files, including WordPress. It is therefore advised that you delete any existing WordPress files to avoid installation conflicts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a name=\"part1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"part-1-upload-installation-files\" class=\"tuts wp-block-heading\">Part 1. Upload Installation Files<\/h2>\n<div class=\"instr lessmar\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">1.<\/span> On your computer, unzip the blog package you downloaded when you purchased it from Race4Treasure.com.<\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">You may use WinZip or WinRAR. Free WinZip version is usually pre-installed on most Windows-based computers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_1.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">2.<\/span> After unzipping, open the folder \u201c<strong>Files To Upload<\/strong>\u201c. This is where the actual \u201c<em>installation files<\/em>\u201d are placed.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_2.webp\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The \u201c<strong>Files to Upload<\/strong>\u201d folder contains 3 files: index.php, importbuddy.php, and the \u201c<strong>backup file<\/strong>\u201c. The backup file is usually in a <em>\u201cbackup-blogname-full-some78ue.zip\u201d<\/em> filename format so in this demo it is \u201c<em>backup-wealth-full-5njvja4v4z.zip<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_2a.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re going to upload all 3 files. <strong>DO NOT <\/strong>unzip the backup file.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">3.<\/span> Login to your cPanel using this url format:<br \/>\n<strong>http:\/\/yourdomain.com\/cpanel<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">Feel free to use your favorite FTP software but for this demo, we\u2019ll use the built-in cPanel uploader.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The url login address:<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/img\/404oninstall\/login_cpanel.webp\" alt=\"login to cPanel\" width=\"651\" height=\"161\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The login box:<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_3a.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Make sure your domain\u2019s DNS is already pointed to your webhost for this setup to work properly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">4.<\/span> Once logged in to your cPanel dashboard find the \u201c<strong>File Manager<\/strong>\u201d icon. Click it.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_4.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"702\" height=\"533\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">5.<\/span> On the new window, you now see the <strong>File Manager<\/strong> Page.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_5.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"990\" height=\"654\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">6.<\/span> On the left panel click <strong>public_html<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_6.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"799\" height=\"173\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">7.<\/span> After clicking, you\u2019ll see a blank canvass on the right panel.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_7.webp\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: If this is a newly purchased webhost, it\u2019s normal to see some extra html and CSS files automatically included by the host. Delete those extra files.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">8.<\/span> Click the \u201c<strong>Upload\u201d<\/strong> tool located on the top menu of the cPanel File Manager.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_8.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"759\" height=\"271\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">9.<\/span> On the new window, click \u201c<strong>Select File<\/strong>\u201c.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">Navigate to where the \u201c<strong>Files to Upload\u201d<\/strong> folder is located on your computer then select the 3 files one by one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_9.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Or simply drag and drop the 3 installation files from your computer.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_9a.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p1\">10.<\/span> Wait for files to get uploaded. While waiting proceed to Part 2 MySQL creation.<\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p1_10.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"753\" height=\"342\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a name=\"part2\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"part-2-create-mysql-database\" class=\"tuts wp-block-heading\">Part 2: Create MySQL Database<\/h2>\n<div class=\"instr lessmar\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">1.<\/span> Go back to your cPanel homepage.<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr lessmar\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">2.<\/span> Find \u201c<strong>MySQL\u00ae Database Wizard\u201d<\/strong> under <strong>Databases<\/strong> box.<\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_2.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"242\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">3.<\/span> Click the \u201c<strong> MySQL\u00ae Database Wizard<\/strong>\u201d link. You will be redirected to the MySQL\u00ae Database Wizard page.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_3.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"777\" height=\"523\" \/><\/figure>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">4.<\/span> Open the \u201c<strong><em>Installation Notes<\/em><\/strong>\u201d file included with the blog package you downloaded.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_4.webp\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Use the installation notes to record your database info as you create your MySQL. You will be using this info when running the installation script on Part 3 below.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">5.<\/span> Now, enter your desired <strong>database name<\/strong> then click \u201c<strong>Next Step<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_5.webp\" \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip 1<\/strong>: Your database name should be something that will help you recognize from other databases especially if you have already created several or planning to create more databases on your webhost account.<\/p>\n<p>Now that we\u2019ve already created a database name, our installation note should be:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Importbuddy password<\/strong>: premadeniches195<br \/>\n<strong>Install URL<\/strong>: http:\/\/pmniches.com\/importbuddy.php<br \/>\n<strong>Db Name<\/strong>: pms8gr07_mynewblog98475<br \/>\n<strong>Db Username<\/strong>:<br \/>\n<strong>Db Password<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>IMPORTANT!<\/strong> Always include your cPanel login username followed by underscore (_) when writing down your database name and username.<\/p>\n<p>My cPanel login username in this demo is <strong>pms8gr07. <\/strong>So my full database name is this:<\/p>\n<p>pms8gr07 <strong>+<\/strong> _ <strong>+<\/strong> mynewblog98475 = pms8gr07_mynewblog98475<\/p>\n<p>Some hosts, however, like GoDaddy don\u2019t require cPanel username prefix so your database name would be just <strong>mynewblog98475 <\/strong>without the pms8gr07_ prefix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">6.<\/span> On Step 2, enter your desired <strong>database username<\/strong>. Up to 7 characters is allowed but some webhosts will require 8 or more.<\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">Mine here is <strong>boom123<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_6.webp\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">7.<\/span> Click the \u201c<strong>Password Generator\u201d <\/strong>button. A password generator box will appear.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"tutcon\">Click <strong>Generate Password<\/strong> button to create a new <strong>database password.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pmns\" src=\"https:\/\/www.premadeniches.com\/imgins\/p2_7.webp\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instr\"><span class=\"numbre p2\">8.<\/span> Copy your generated password into your installation notes.
